Order Creation Coordinator

The Support Specialist will have a primary focus on high-volume data entry to produce accurate and timely work orders. Additionally, this position will perform very detailed data verification utilizing a variety of resources as well as analyzing data to uncover trends, anomalies, errors, missing milestones, and to make correlations that are not always clear. A variety of reporting will be created and distributed to external and internal customers. All work orders and reports must be accurate, timely, and complete. This position will require the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Daily word order creation utilizing data from a variety of sources.
  • Verification of key pieces of data utilizing a variety of sources.
  • Daily monitoring and clean-up of data from a variety of exception reports.
  • Identifying areas to improve data integrity, timeliness, and completeness, and working on solutions with the appropriate departments/personnel.·
  • Providing internal and external reports as required
  • Processing troubled order reports. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Two or more years of related experience in transportation, logistics, or data analysis is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics, or Business is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate.
